Objective

D’Timer Cafe aimed to increase customer engagement and sales during the holy month of Ramadhan by promoting its special berbuka puasa menu and enhancing its overall brand presence through vibrant, appealing visuals and convenient ordering options.

Scope of Work  

1. Ramadhan Menu Photography & Posters  

   We kicked off the campaign with a dedicated photo shoot featuring D’Timer’s Ramadhan berbuka puasa menu. Using high-quality visuals, we crafted a poster for both print and digital channels. These posters became a cornerstone of the campaign, displayed in the cafe and featured across social media and digital ads to attract patrons for iftar.

2. Menu Book Photography 

   To give customers a fresh experience, we revamped D’Timer’s menu book with rich, appetizing images of their offerings, aligning with the Ramadhan theme. These images helped to elevate the cafe’s brand and give customers an appetizing first impression.

3. Top-Seller Video Highlights 

   Our team produced a series of videos showcasing D’Timer’s top three best-sellers. These engaging videos not only highlighted the unique flavors of each dish but also created excitement among the audience, encouraging them to try the cafe’s popular items.

4. Ramadhan Order & Pickup Promo Video 

   Given the special needs during Ramadhan, we created an informative video explaining the cafe’s fast pickup service, where customers could order via WhatsApp and collect within 30 minutes. This added convenience resonated well with the audience, as it catered to the need for efficiency during fasting hours.

5. Digital Ads Video

   Lastly, we produced a dynamic video focused on D’Timer’s food offerings specifically tailored for digital ads, targeting a wider audience. This video drove engagement, increased brand visibility, and captured the attention of potential new customers.

Results  

The campaign had a remarkable impact, doubling D’Timer Cafe’s revenue during Ramadhan compared to the previous year.
